Let your light shine, again! Our busy schedules can take a toll on our well-being.   We get caught up in our daily responsibilities and forget to take care of ourselves.  Our stress levels goes up, we forget about eating or we binge eat, we lose sleep, and slowly but surely our health begins to decline.  Blood pressure increases, high cholesterol becomes an issue and the risk for cardiovascular disease increases.  In these 1-ON-1 health coaching sessions, you create new eating habits, decrease your stress and begin to find yourself again.
