I am a proud and grateful member of the MJF Family! I began my own health and fitness journey almost 20 years ago. I was obese, out of shape, unhappy and generally unhealthy. Over time, I became intensely focused on major life changes. I dove deep into my personal development including my spiritual development. I began eating well and exercising at various different places. I took classes, had trainers and eventually landed at a gym where Ms. Jackie became my trainer. I loved her workouts and her philosophy. When Jackie left the gym, I was still on a package deal so I didn’t follow her initially. When Covid hit, the gym closed down which, in hindsight, was a huge blessing for me. I was sitting around doing a lot of nothing for the first three months of Covid and I felt compelled to reach out to Jackie. She told me that our initial core group was doing trainings on Zoom every morning and evening. I was so excited to get back in the game! By this point, I had been in really good shape for several years and I was finally loving my body. Getting involved in the zoom classes has meant everything to me! Two or three times a year Jackie would do a special “Sit More“ challenge. Usually eight weeks of focusing on total well-being, including personal reflection, tracking meals, and additional workouts and lots of personal support. I love these challenges! In the past 3 years, while enjoying my life with a new wonderful man, my diet took some twists and turns including too much wine! Haha! I’ve been carrying an extra 10 pounds, that I really wanted to shed. I was super motivated to start this challenge in September. In fact, I asked for it! In the second week, my world kind of blew up with what’s happening in Israel and around the world. I completely lost my focus. You could say I failed at this challenge. I look at it differently. Even though I was not completely engaged in the process, being on the challenge kept me in my lane.

Jackie’s continual encouragement, friendship, and love means the world to me. When I say that at MJF, we are a family, I really mean it. So this challenge started and ended, and my results were not what I set out to accomplish, however, the accountability of our group keeps me on the right track. I literally do not know what I would do without Jackie and the MJF family. Health and fitness is not a sprint, it’s a marathon. Having the right people on your side and encouraging, you is so key to long-term success. Since this challenge ended, I have been able to refocus my brain to be back on track and I feel grateful every day for this platform and this very dedicated and amazing lady guiding me and our group. I look forward to crushing our next challenge and continuing my own journey with Jackie’s encouragement, enthusiasm and love! I can’t express enough how being part of MJF has changed my life for the better in so many ways, and I encourage you to join us for our next challenge, and I can’t wait to read the future testimonials from people like you!
