As an actress and model, I knew I had to make a lifestyle change for life as well as for my passion and craft. I started at 5’3″ and 127 lbs when I was introduced to Ms. Jackie and did sessions 3x/week. The change in schedule was challenging but doable enough for me to commit. Within 3 months, I had lost a few pounds and saw such noticeable results! Once I felt ready, I went to her for nutrition guidance and began shedding weight/fat TWICE as fast.

Ms. Jackie’s sessions are filled with love, laughter, support, and happiness! If you have anxiety (like I do), rest assured that no one is watching you because they are too busy at their own exercise station! Ms. Jackie walks around and constantly fixes your form, giving you ample attention as if you were working with her privately 1-on-1. Also, there is no pressure to go as heavy, hard, or fast as anyone else in the classroom. The standard is set for YOURSELF – you go at your own pace and your own strength level. I often get asked if I’m “used to it yet” or if I’ve “stopped sweating.” And after training 5x/week for 13 months, the answer is NO! She pushes you to increase your endurance and strength each time for personal progress. If you have been in sports, you’ll realize that class is basically conditioning!

STILL having second thoughts about taking this amazing class? I’ve done sports, different gyms, and trainers. Ms. Jackie Fitness is the only class that I am willing to drive 30-45 minutes each way to work out!

As a model and an actress, my body is my instrument/tool. I knew that if I wanted to take my career more seriously, I had to take care of my body more seriously too. I wanted to approach this in the healthiest way possible so that I can maintain this lifestyle consistently for the rest of my life.

At the time, I had already been an owner of a gym membership for a year and trained at least three times a week on my own. I then proceeded to try at-home workout challenges and that helped a little bit. I joined Ms. Jackie Fitness hoping to gain more motivation for exercise, and to tone up a little bit more. This was my first time doing a fitness class so I was very nervous.

With Ms. Jackie Fitness, I always feel like I’m getting one on one training even though there’s a group of people! Each week I can feel myself getting stronger and I can see myself getting more toned. I never feel like I’ve gotten “used to” the class because Ms. Jackie pushes each student to challenge his or her own level of strength, and changes the workouts every day. She consistently checks everyone’s form for every exercise so I know that I am maximizing my time and workout! Ms. Jackie somehow finds the perfect balance between being motivating/encouraging, and pushing you beyond your limits so that you grow stronger. Plus, everyone is so genuinely loving and supportive that it makes class that much more enjoyable!

If you’ve ever participated in an after school sport and miss that conditioning workout, then this class is perfect for you! It’s the same thing, minus the scary coach that punishes you, and instead, you get a beautiful coach that pushes you at your own pace! I used to hate cardio and had zero upper body strength. Now, I still hate cardio but at least I’m pretty good at it AND I’ve gone up in weights for upper body workouts! My arms have gone from flab to less flab (with a dash of fab). Now 26, this is the best and healthiest I’ve ever looked or felt. I love this class so much that I willingly get on the 405 at 5pm to travel for 45 minutes just for it!
