I guess you could say that I have been an avid gym goer my   entire life. Beginning with youth athletics, transitioning into cheerleading and culminating with six years of boxing, muay thai and jiu jitsu. But as of late, my workout goals have recently shifted, and I wanted to focus on changing my body. While I loved my last gym, I was finding my workouts to be mostly cardio based, and knew, through research, that the only way to achieve my goal was to incorporate weight training.  For fear of bulking up too much, I had always shied away from weight training.  That is, until I met Ms. Jackie. She explained to me that I could change my body with circuit weight training. This type of training would build as well as cut my muscles the way that I desired. Her training is dynamic and interesting. She always keeps it fresh by switching up the routines and removing the tediousness previously experienced with going to the gym. The results have been amazing and exactly what I have wanted. I feel stronger physically and mentally than ever before and look great in my clothes. Thank Ms. Jackie!!
